Eligibility and applicable laws

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to accept these Terms. You are responsible for following laws that apply to you, including import, customs, tax, intellectual-property, and consumer-protection rules.

What RepDatabase does

RepDatabase is an independent product-discovery, catalog, comparison, QC-information, link-conversion, and educational service. We do not sell, manufacture, store, inspect, ship, import, or own listed products and are not a shopping agent, seller, marketplace, carrier, customs broker, or payment provider.

We are not a party to transactions with external services. You independently decide whether to visit or purchase from them. We do not guarantee authenticity, legality, safety, quality, fit, availability, delivery, customs clearance, or third-party performance.

Accounts

Browsing does not require an account, but some features use passwordless email authentication. You must use an email address you control, protect access to it, and notify us of suspected unauthorized use. We may reasonably restrict or terminate access to enforce these Terms, protect the Service or others, investigate misuse, or comply with law.

Acceptable use

You must not use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, or harmful activity; infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights; bypass security or rate limits; introduce malware; access another user's data; misrepresent affiliation with RepDatabase; systematically scrape or copy the database without permission; overload the Service with automated requests; or use it to evade customs, import, export, or other applicable rules.

Content and intellectual property

RepDatabase's original branding, design, software, text, organization, and curated database are owned by or licensed to RepDatabase. You receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service personally and lawfully. Third-party names, marks, images, and seller materials remain the property of their respective owners and do not imply sponsorship or endorsement.

Rights holders may report material by sending its URL, identification of the protected work, contact details, and an explanation through our published contact channel.

External and affiliate links

External sellers, agents, carriers, communities, and other websites control their own products, fees, shipping, refunds, privacy, and conduct. Review their terms before using them. Some links are referral or affiliate links. RepDatabase may receive a commission or benefit if you register or transact after following one, potentially without changing your price.

Accuracy and availability

Prices, links, weights, ratings, QC images, seller status, tracking results, currency conversions, and recommendations may be estimated, delayed, incomplete, or incorrect. A “verified” label reflects only our internal catalog review; it is not product authentication or a transaction guarantee. Verify important information with the relevant seller, agent, carrier, or authority.

We may change, correct, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service. We do not promise uninterrupted operation, permanent data storage, or that external links will stay available.

Disclaimers and liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim implied warranties of accuracy, availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. The Service is not legal, tax, customs, financial, safety, or professional advice.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RepDatabase is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss, lost data or opportunity, third-party products or transactions, customs action, reliance on catalog information, or unauthorized account access. Nothing here excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Changes, governing law, and disputes

We may update these Terms for changes to the Service, law, security, or business practices. The posted effective date identifies the current version, and material changes may receive additional notice. These Terms are governed by the law applicable at the operator's establishment without removing mandatory protections available to consumers in their country of residence. Courts designated by mandatory law have jurisdiction.

If one provision is unenforceable, the others remain effective. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. Please contact us before starting a formal dispute so we can attempt to resolve it.
