Who is responsible
RepDatabase controls personal data processed through repdatabase.net. Privacy requests may be submitted through our official Discord. RepDatabase is independent from the sellers and shopping agents linked on the Service.
Information we process
- Account data: email address, user ID, authentication/session records, account timestamps, and accepted Terms version.
- Profile and workspace data: display name, avatar, favorites, recent items, preferences, and notification status.
- Optional analytics: random session ID, page path, referrer, searches, feature and product interactions, selected agent, timestamps, and—when signed in—user ID.
- Technical data: IP address, device/browser information, request logs, and security events ordinarily processed by online infrastructure.
- Communications: information you choose to send through Discord or another published contact channel.
Purposes and legal bases
We process data to provide accounts and requested features, synchronize saved information, secure and maintain the Service, prevent abuse, respond to requests, comply with law, and—with your consent—understand usage and improve RepDatabase.
Our legal bases are performance of a contract, legitimate interests in operating and protecting the Service, your consent for optional analytics, and compliance with legal obligations. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing.
Cookies and browser storage
Necessary browser storage supports authentication, security, your consent choice, interface preferences, favorites, recent items, comparisons, and core functions. Optional analytics creates a random session identifier and sends usage events only after you choose Allow analytics. Use the floating Privacy control to change your choice at any time. Refusing analytics does not block normal browsing.
Recipients and external services
- Supabase provides authentication, database, storage, and backend infrastructure.
- Hosting, network, and security providers process requests and logs needed to deliver and protect the Service.
- Discord processes activity when you voluntarily join or contact our community under its own privacy policy.
- Authorities or advisers may receive data where required by law or reasonably necessary to protect legal rights.
External sellers, agents, carriers, and other linked services are independent controllers. When you open their links, they may receive technical and referral information.
International transfers and retention
Providers may process information outside the EEA. Where required, transfers rely on an adequacy decision, approved contractual safeguards, or another lawful mechanism. We retain account information while the account is active and afterward only as reasonably needed for security, backups, disputes, or law. Analytics and logs are kept only as long as useful for their stated purposes. Browser-only data remains until you clear or reset it.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may withdraw consent and lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority; in the Czech Republic this is the Office for Personal Data Protection (ÚOOÚ). We may verify your identity before acting on a request.
Security, age, and changes
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no online system is completely secure. The Service is intended for people aged 18 or older, and we do not knowingly collect data from children. We may update this policy as the Service, providers, or law changes; the updated page will show a new effective date and material changes may receive additional notice.
